From: $500.00 USD/ night for the Master Bedroom (king bed) and Guest Bedroom (queen bed). Three additional guest bedrooms are available at $250.00 USD each / night.
Minimum Stay: 2 nights
Payment: 50% non-refundable deposit for rent is due upon commitment. The remaining 50% is due 30 nights prior to arrival date, at which time the entire payment becomes non-refundable.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $250.00 USD is due 30 nights prior to arrival date. The security deposit is not applied to rent. Fees will be deducted from the security deposit for damage repair, broken or missing item replacement, extraordinary cleaning and laudnry, telephone charges, keys not returned, carpet or upholstery cleaning, and furniture not left in the original location.
